Our Process

Renew DPF is the most advanced proprietary cleaning equipment with the fastest turnaround in the trucking industry. We offer complete cleaning and restore your entire aftertreatment system Diesel Particulate Filter (DPF), Diesel Oxidation Catalyst (DOC) and Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) to near new condition. Cleaning cylinder DPFs and DOCS in under 2 hours from start to finish, completely dried and ready for installation.

Our multistep, environmentally safe process uses ultrasonic cleansing to return your filter to peak shape – and keep it working for you longer. Our service can return 99% of the useful life back to your filter.

We tested a pair of DPFs out of a Freightliner 1 Box. Testing the flow of both one a bake and blow and the other on a high-pressure blowout. Testing and results showed that our process removes 98% of the soot and saves time.
Regular cleaning will restore your filter to return your vehicle to its peak efficiency. And remember, it is much, much cheaper to clean a filter than to replace an entire engine or spend tens of thousands of dollars on other repairs.
